Phone settings rest by itself

Hi,
My phone screen settings reset itself every night for about 3 nights, I think it is also rest on waze, I haven't tried it yet but it was on a different voice the last time I used it.
I'm not aware of any other changes.

I like it to be on 10 minutes before its turn off, its keep get back to 30 seconds

See if any power saving modes is on ?

Pull your notifications panel down and long press the battery icon and show a screenshot what's on there ?

Is the phone pretty much stock ? No launchers,App cleaners and such?

I don't understand what stock mean, but no launchers and no app cleaners.
I have eset antivirus but I always have it

Stock meaning just the way phone was when you first got it without modifying with app cleaners or launchers , looks like your stock .

Go to device care , and tap on 3 dots go to advance optimized settings is off ?
