Phone shipped but just got an email that order was cancelled!

So my phone shipped on 7/5 (orded 6/6) and Fed Ex shows it let TN yesterday.... I just got a text/email from VZW saying that my order has been cancelled!!! WTF?! I went online and checked my order status on VZW and it doesnt show cancelled. I am hoping this is just some glitch.

Anyone have this issue?

Sounds like a cluster f to me. Is FedEx showing movement on your device? Have you called Verizon? And I assume you've been charged?

Well last update from FedEx was that it left Tennessee yesterday at 5pm. It is supposed to be set for delivery today by 7pm. I havent called Verizon yet...just hoping it was some glitch in the system. Keeping my finger and toes crossed!

Yeah mine is held hp in TN also no charge to my card supposed to arrive tomorrow.hmmm

Update: Yay it shows out for delivery in CA! Woo hooo!!

I had the same problem... my order was cancelled but I got a phone anyway. I could not activate the phone and had to get a new sim from a VZW store. Not sure that will happen with you, but if you have an activation issue... this could be it.

Oh ok. Did you upgrade from another 4G phone or a 3G. I thought I read somewhere that I just use my old SIM from my last 4G phone. It would be nice if we didnt HAVE TO go into a store
