Phone shuts off when I touch it

[AC Question]

Battery shows 92%. I try to open anything, and it turns off and will not turn on. To turn it back on I have to plug it into the turbo2 charger, and do a hard boot (power on + volume). As long as it's on the charger, it will stay on. This is a Turbo 2, on Nougat 7.0

A bad battery? A bad battery contact? Some loose connection inside?
