Phone speaker on ?

Anyone know how to keep the phone speaker on all the time? Probably 95% of my calls, I use the speaker. Would be nice not to have to reach up and turn the speaker on. ( Totally lame, I know.)

You could try an app Speakerphone EX which will automatically turn on the speaker if it detects you are not holding the phone against your ear. It will even switch between speaker and regular if you put your phone to your ear or remove it.
