Hi, I have an S7 and it suddenly stopped recognising the extra SD card (a 16 gb SanDisk - it's genuine, bought from SATURN several years ago). The card's full of music and very important photographs and has worked for years until today. Before it stopped working I had not taken it out since originally putting it in when I bought the phone in July.
I tried restarting, taking it out and putting it back in, the phone just doesn't see the card. It doesn't mount.
It doesn't seem to be a problem with the tray, the sim card works no problem.
Help?
