Phone stuck at HTC startup screen?

I tried rooting my phone using fastboot, and I got to the twrp screen. I rebooted out of twrp (without an OS) and now I am stuck at my HTC startup screen. I cannot do anything with my phone as of right now. I have tried using hasoon's toolkit, but it says "device not found" whenever I try anything. Anyone know where I should go from here?

Why dont you have a OS, did you wipe it?

Yeah, I formatted the data. Anyway, I have found a recovery from another user using my carrier, but I cannot get my phone to act as a USB storage device on my computer. I have flashed the boot.img to my phone using fastboot, but I still need to transfer his backup files to the sdcard/clockworkmod/backup folder (at least according the guide I have been trying to follow). Is there a way I can get to that?
