Phone stuck on starting android screen

[Android Central Question]

My phone keeps getting stuck on the screen after i put in my pin saying starting android b utr it wont finish loading. how do i fix this?

Power off, boot into Recovery, and wipe the Cache Partition. Then select Reboot Now.

Tell us if no go.

Without a few basic details about the phone, it's difficult to suggest much else.
