Phone stuck on TWRP Boot mode. How can I get out of this loop?

Phone stuck on TWRP Boot mode.

Hi Guys, So yesterday I decided to root my phone which worked without any problems/ I downloaded Odin and rooted it via that platform and also flashed space kernal and twrp on there as far as I remember.

Today I got a message reading "SU Update" so i clicked it and now my phone is in a loop and don't go into any menu apart from the TWRP boot menu which has options such as Install, Backup, Mount, Advanced, Wipe, Restore, Settings and Reboot.

Completely new to this and I don't know how to get out of this loop.

Any help would be much appreciated!!

Click on reboot - system. Your phone will now boot to your ROM.
