Phone swap iPhone Style??

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to swap all the settings, apps and all that jazz from one Inspire 4G to another? I recently purchased a new one b/c my original one is having some persistent issues and I really don't want to manually go through all my custom settings all over again. I know the iPhone can do this simply by backing up and then plugging the new device into iTunes and backing up the new phone with the old one's stuff.

Is this do-able with the HTC Inspire 4G??

Looks like the app, "MyBackup" is working okay so far. It wouldn't backup my apps like it says. As it was doing it, the phone kept stopping each one and saying, "Your phone does not allow the install of apps not from the Android Market". I guess b/c they were technically being installed from the backup file... Lame...
