Roughly at the beginning of April 2013, my tether is haveing issues. I'm tethering a nexus 4 w/ 4.2.1 vanilla, tethered w/ a win7 laptop. At the beginning of the month, i would notice an error icon over my "connected" icon in the win taskbar. the error icon, as i'm dubbing it, is a little yellow triangle over a computer w/ a wire/rj-11 jack. anyways, this icon would appear after roughly 2gigs of usage, and my entire laptop's connection would drop to nill, while the nexus 4 would remain connected. this was never the case in the past. i would have to tediously uncheck and recheck the USB tethering in the tethering & portable hotspot submenu. Now, it's roughly 200mb where this cursed atrocity perpetuates itself.
I'm not interested in useing wifi b/c i believe, (however have not seen documentation to confirm this) that the ISP will see two IP's on my connection, and clamp down the throttle vices.
I've deleted and reinstalled the wugfresh rootkit dreivers many times, both as Android ADB, and as a samsung and the issue still renders...

On a side note, there's heavy inconsistency to browseing, and internet connectivity's continuity...at times, frequent pages, or ads in pages will render as "unable to reach host" and at times when watching a youtube video, or downlaod via steam, where 1 thing is going fluidly, then connection for everything else goes back up to the advertised 1.4-ish mbs.
