Phone that can toggle data for MMS?

I have a pretty limited data plan and prefer to leave my data off during the day. I used to have an Honor 5x which had a feature that could temporarily toggle data on to receive an MMS and then turn it back on again.

The 5x was fine at the time, but I'd really love something smaller with a better camera and NFC. Is there anything out there like that? The Honor 8 would have been good but it's fairly dated at this point.
