Phone turned off on me?

Hey guys I haven't even had my Dinc2 for a week yet and yesterday it seemed to power off on it's own 3 or 4 times. It wouldn't power back on without pulling the battery.

I am thinking I should take it to Verizon as I think they have some 14 day policy? Anyone else have any suggestions regarding this?

BTW, today the phone has been fine all day.
