AC Question
With most apps, my Galaxy S5 can obtain them from the app store quite easily. However, two particular apps have given me trouble lately, Jelly Splash and The Room Two, sequel to The Room. Jelly Splash installed just fine, but my phone is unable to download its updates. I'll worry about that later, though. This thread is about the game that won't even download, let alone install. The Room Two, created by Fireproof games. I have already paid for this app, so, it somewhat trumps Jelly Splash in importance. Upon trying to install the game, it gets most of the way through downloading (or so I assume; there's no progress bar like there is with installation) and then displays this error message: "'The Room Two' can't be downloaded. Try again, and if the problem continues, get help troubleshooting. (Error code:963)". The phrase "get help troubleshooting" is a link to just that, troubleshooting. I have plenty of available space on my phone, my connection is good, data didn't help, resetting my router did nothing, I tried stopping the play store and clearing its cache, looked for possible Google Play Store updates, and finally I restarted my device. I am at a loss for what do, so I will be using the "contact us" button at the top of the troubleshooting page and posting here, hoping someone will know what to do.
