I'm trying to unlock a ZTE phone and it keeps saying factory test mode . How do I unlock it ?

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by "unlock"? Did you forget the password/PIN? Or are you trying to carrier unlock it? Or unlock the bootloader so you can root it?
