phone unusable after update. Mad doesn't cover what I am right now.

I am so mad if I could afford to throw the F'ing thing in the middle of the road I would. It updated and absolutely everything has changed! I can't send pictures it keeps telling to go setting and then apps... well now isn't that a lot of help? What do I do after that???? Then I tried to text a phone number to my son and it kept popping up only certain phone numbers and his wasn't one of them. It has icons of people that I text messages that I can not get rid of. It has a samsung icon that I don't want on my home page that it won't even let me move!! When it rings, I have to push the start button and then swipe it, I don't want that. I can push a icon and it won't come on at all unless I push it a dozen times. I went to the wall paper sight and told it to disable the wall paper I downloaded from you sight on the phone before the update and you can't get rid of it either. Can I get rid of the update? This phone is worthless now. I can't use it! I am so mad I'm shaking. It's mothers day, I missed a call from my grandson ... in the Navy ... who can't call very often because it would let me push the button and swipe it!!! THAT, THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
