Question phone vibrating even when haptic feedback is off

I have a honor magic4 lite and after the recent update my phone has been vibrating whenever I type. I checked the other keyboards and they also vibrate, I checked haptic feedback and keyboard settings and theyre all off. But my phone still vibrates. Any ideas on what to do?

Welcome to Android Central! Try clearing the app cache/data for the keyboard app you're using in Settings>Apps, then Force Stop it, and open it again.

I also wonder if it could be as simple as turning it on then off again, but you may have tried that when you looked up the setting to see if it was still disabled? Maybe turning it on and restarting the phone, then off and doing the same to see if it isn't just confused/stuck for some minor reason.
