Phone volume keeps changing by itself

[Android Central Question]

I use an Alcatel Fierce 4 and recently, my phone's volume has been increasing and decreasing by itself. The volume slider doesn't show up and change by itself, the phone just does it on its own without the slider. If I check the slider, it stays at the same spot but the sound of my music keeps increasing and decreasing and it's getting really annoying. It happens when my phone is not connected to Bluetooth and also happens when it is connected to Bluetooth to my speaker. Factory resetting it last night worked up until the volume problem started showing up again tonight and I don't want to reset it again.

I'm having the same exact problem with my LG phone. It's getting really annoying!
