Phone waking up on its own

Just like the topic says even with a factory reset with no apps downloaded still waking up on its own spare parts doesn't work on my phone since upgraded to gingerbread any ideas on what I could do or what you may have experienced

i have that problem once in awhile. and i think it's related to juicedefender.

i know when i reboot the phone. it comes up. but no juice icon at first. after a couple of minutes. the phone lights up. then i see the juice icon come on.

I have this problem as well and do not use juicedefender. The issue is sporatic, so it is hard to tell what is actually causing the phone screen to turn on by itself.

I have not noticed a pattern. I hope someone can shed some light on the issue.
