Tonight I plugged my phone into a charger at about 15% battery then went and showered. When I got back the screen would not turn on. Now with it plugged in and off it will not boot. I did a battery pull, but no luck. The charger is delivering power.

Did my phone kill itself tonight?

Leave it plugged in to charge for a while and then see if the phone turns on. It may just need more of a charge in it to boot up. Just give that a try before declaring that the phone may have killed itself. I used to have a Motorola Q smartphone that pulled that type of crap on me every once in a while. One of those times that your phone is just testing your patience.

No luck after overnight plug in.

Is it possible for you to switch to another battery? If, so try that. If you have tried that and the phone still won't turn on then I think that you're right about saying that the phone's dead. Time for a new phone.

You're confident in this because (with the phone completely off) you're seeing the battery graphic showing the current battery level and charging activity?
You've tried another charger/cable just in case?

Just today my phone had approximately 50% battery left and the screen went black. Tried charging. The phone gets warm but no indicator light. Believe it is the battery and will go that route. Wish I knew someone who had this phone so I could try the battery before going through the hassle of buying. Does spinning the battery like some people recommend to see if a battery is good or not. Mine spins.

The spin check is an indicator that something is probably wrong - if the battery spins easily then it's bulging (no longer completely flat), and if it's bulging then internally the physical/chemical structure has broken down.

That's the theory anyway...
