Phone won't boot and I need it bad for hurricane Isaac

Ok i decided to try and flash a custom rom last night ( dumb idea)/I made a backup and everything but since the installation of the other rom failed i tried to install my backup, but it will just restart and stay on htc screen, pleas help because the hurricane could be here any time and i need my phone to be functional.
