Phone won't charge and power sharing mode came out of nowhere

So right now my phone will only charge via wireless but every time I take it off of the charger a pop up with Power Sharing Mode comes on. I can only pause the Power Sharing Mode because I cant find the app or the setting or anything else to try to uninstall it. The phone won't charge via anything plugged in whether it's the regular charger, fast charger, or even an external battery pack.

EDIT: Fixed. Booted in safe mode and restarted phone. All good now, does not pop up and phone charges normally.
