Phone Won't Connect to Internet

A

AC Question

My phone won't connect to the internet. It's been saying "Turning on..." for the past few days and it won't show me any internet sources. I've turned my phone off and back on multiple times, but it has still been saying that. I'm not sure how to fix this.

Is this a recent problem? Have you ever been able to connect to the internet?

...When I say recent problem, I mean have you just acquired the phone and are unable to connect, or have you owned it for some time and the connection problem has just occurred a few days ago?

Welcome to Android Central! Is this wi-fi or mobile data you're talking about?

What phone is it? I would suggest a system cache partition wipe, but need to know the phone model first to see if it's possible.

I've had this phone for a little over a week. It was fine until a few days ago. It is the ZTE Midnight. I'm having trouble with the wifi. The data works perfectly fine.

This is my question by the way.

Try going into your Wifi settings and making sure that the 'Avoid poor connections' option is unchecked, or as I would put it, unticked.
Settings, Wifi, open menu, Advanced, will I think get you there.
