Android Central Question
I have a Chinese phone called an Elife S5.5, or Gionee GN9000L. It's running on Android 4.3. I tried to flash another version of Android onto it, but that didn't work. Now, if I go into the settings and try to factory reset it, the phone just goes into fastboot mode and won't reset? If at that point I hold the power and volume up buttons at the same time, the entire screen just goes blue. If I just hold the power button, the phone just restarts like nothing ever happened. I cannot access the system recovery screen at all. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem so that I can factory reset the phone?
