Phone won't ring or vibrate for incoming calls

All of a sudden, my phone won't ring or vibrate for incoming calls. Went into settings and checked everything, made sure it was turned up, nothing. My wife thinks I'm ignoring her calls. Any ideas?

don't know why it happens but this has happened to me a few times

This is the first time for me. It won't even ring when you're trying to set a ring tone. All the notification sounds work fine. IDK.

Are you using a tone/sound from the sd card?

I did a wipe/ reset and it's working again.

My phone won't ring either and my wife thinks same thing? Anyone know what to do?

I just figure it out my husband's phone... .go to settings... notifications...then to another 3 dot drop down menu and reset app preferences...phone ringing again!
