Phone won't ring

I've had the phone since release and I have to same issue. Every day (always in the morning) my phone will not ring. It's still on the charger at this point and several people have told me it rings on their end, but not on mine. Once I take the phone off the charger I'll get whatever texts and voicemails were received. I've called Verizon and they told me to do a factory reset, still same issue. Then they swapped out the phone, still the same issue. Is there something else I can do? I'm at my wits end here. The phone is supposed to be a phone first and everything else later. Any help from the Android Central elite? Thanks!

That is very strange. I have the original incredible and never have had that problem.
