Phone won't turn on, cannot run recovery mode from boot menu?

My Oukitel K3 won't turn on no matter what, it doesn't show any sign when I plug the charger in, even though the charger works just fine with other device. Whenever I hold down the power button for a few second, it just gives a short vibration and that's it, nothing else, the screen remains off.

I can open the boot menu by using the volume up and power button combination. But when I select the recovery mode, or any other option, the screen goes off again and nothing else happens.

I cannot even identify if it's soft bricked or hard bricked, I guess it's something in between.

Do you have any idea how to resolve this problem, please tell me/
