phone wont turn on!

My friends cliq won't turn on. The keyboard flashes but that's it. It is not rooted or anything, completely stock. How can he restart it in recovery mode?

I assume you've removed/replaced the battery and then tried to re-start?

Have you side-loaded any apps that could be causing this? ... else it could be the hardware itself and may need to be replaced, have you contacted TMO?

Hold the camera button down while you turn on the device. Vol- to select Recovery mode. Vol + fast boot.

u can also push down volume then hold alt + l then factory wipe
