phones gone crazy

I've had no problems with my phone until suddenly everything went wrong. Incoming texts appear in bubble but disappear when I open and aren't on contacts thread. Outgoing are sent but also don't appear in thread. For a while on incoming and outgoing calls, they could hear me but I couldn't hear them but its working again. Gives error cant connect to network but will eventually connect. When first turn on I get a program crashed error. Ask if want to report if I click yes, get can't connect.
Whats wrong with this phone and can I fix it?
