Photo Editing Like Drawing, Circles, etc

How can I edit photos? On my Samsung Galaxy S4 I used to be able to edit photos like draw a circle, etc. but I can't find it on my Samsung Galaxy S6.

HELP??

If you go to the Samsung app store, you can download s pen. It's free. Then it will prompt you to download the s pen sdk from the play store. After you get those, you can edit anything like they can on the note 4 with a stylus or your finger.

I use it cause it works best for me .
