Photo gallery app required, what app should I get?

Photo gallery app required

I want an app that will display my photos in alpha-numeric order of filename, and also show the filename as a sub or surtitles. I don't want a video or sound. Can you please advise on suitable apps? The Gallery app doesn't display in the right order or give subtitles.

Maybe Quickpic? I'm using that and it's better than Gallery was.

Unfortunately, QuickPic has been sold to Cheetah Mobile. DO NOT install this! They have already modified it and it will be used to carry out the Bad Things Cheetah Mobile apps are notorious for. Cheetah Apps should be considered malware. For details see this:

However, a pre-Cheetah version of QuickPic that has been modified not to update has kindly been made available here:

Impossible to say how long this will work before it's too outdated to run on newer versions of Android and hardware. Could be weeks or years.

It was for years, agreed. Unfortunately, Cheetah Mobile will turn it into malware. It's sad...

Heavens to mergatroy .... I'm glad I haven't updated quickpic in quite some time and have a nice clean version of it. Sad to hear about the acquisition.

I have found that "Piktures" is a good Quickpic substitute.
