Photon Camera not Focusing

My wife's Photon has suddenly stopped focusing when using either the camera or camcorder. If the subject is within a couple of feet of the phone, everything is fine. If further than that, out of focus. The phone was not dropped or anything, just quit focusing. I figure it is a hardware, not software issue, but figured I ask before calling Motorola tomorrow. Any thoughts as to potential cause? Have tried one other camera app so far with no success. Phone was purchased in late March.

Have you pulled the battery for a solid reset? I've had that happen once, and it was an error that cleared after I rebooted the phone. I do it about once a week, it seems to let the flow work better.

Have you checked the auto focus (or focus) setting? Not trying to rule anything out...

Just ruled that out myself ... Only thing I found was exposure. But, try the top option on the pull out bar... Mine is on auto.
