Photos in albums won't show on Instagram, twitter etc.

When I go to upload a photo to instagram or twitter etc it only shows photos that I've recently saved, it doesn't show the photos in my Concerts folder for example or any of my other folders? I don't understand why.. it's really annoying!

Any help?

Contact the Twitter and IG app developers. All pictures that Gallery finds, any other app can find the same way.
