Photos no longer rotate/expand when phone turned to landscape...

For some reason when I'm viewing photos in the gallery, the images no longer rotate and expand when I turn my EVO LTE to landscape. This was never an issue in the past. Anyone know what may be causing this? Doesn't seem to be a hardware issue because the phone does react when viewing a youtube video in landscape.

For me it was an issue with an app I installed. Doubletwist was the problem on my phone.
