Pic resizing

Is there a native way to resize pix? Batch resizing? I know I can get an app to do that, but with all of the new camera developments, I wondered if there was an included app for that.

No, because picture resizing actually has nothing to do with the camera.

Picture resizing is essentially just decreasing picture resolution to decrease it's size. If you want it to be of a smaller size, you can go to camera settings and choose a lower picture quality. Otherwise it's a post capture modification, which means you need a dedicated app for that.
