Are there any good apps out there for editing the pictures you take on your phone??

vignette is a great choice

Free option has all the bells and whistles just won't save at a high resolution (could be all you ever need).
Buy if you like it.

There are others but I always come back to this one.

I second that for Vignette. It has a huge suite of great filters and a crazy amount of other editing options. It's also a fully functioning still photo camera which I use in place of the stock camera.

Note: If you do plan on buying it make sure you get the app called "Vignette (new version)" since the one labeled (old version) is no longer receiving updates.
