Picture delayed in video mode?

While in video mode and looking at the screen or recording i notice a slight delay or lag, like picture is coming late and its not live...for example if I move my hand in front of the camera i see its movement delayed.
It happens only in video mode, photo mode and other mods like slow motion, hyperlapse etc. are fine without any delay. I tried other camera apps and no delay, only video mode in stock camera. I tried disabling video stabilization and other settings but no changes. I am on s10, exynos.

Is it supposed to be like that, I am new to s10 so i don't know. I was thinking maybe something is wrong with my cpu or gpu but i did benchmark tests and played some games, everything is fine there.

Have you tried to clear cache,data and force stop the camera app?

Yes, first things I did, i don't see it as an issue tbh but I am just wondering is video mode supposed to have slight delay

Try safe mode if still happens?

Yes regular video mode, happens in safe mode also
