Picture Message Issue

I've got the 2.1 Option 4 on my Hero and ever since I first rooted my phone, regardless of which ROM I've had on it, I haven't been able to succesfully send a picture message. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try flashing the ROM again.

MMS on option 4 is working fine for my Hero.
