Why does it take forever to send a picture message on the Samsung Captivate?
I'm using a picture I took on the phones camera and basically sending it as I'm texting a contact.
15 minutes have gone by and the phone is still sending it?
Now I see it failed to send the picture!!

Could someone give me some answers and advice?

If you haven't already, try sending it in the Messaging apps via "Attach" instead of through the Gallery.
