Picture too large to send?

This may be a simple fix, but most of the pictures i take then try to send say "too large to send". Is there something i can do?

Use Handcent SMS, it resizes it for you automatically.

Its in the App catalog.

When I resize using handcent, it has me do it twice. Is there a fix for THAT?

I had this same issue...I had to lower the resolution, which decreases the file size, in order to send a picture. I had never had to do that prior to the update.

I just crop the photo prior to sending, that way I don't have to loose resolution and quality. You can crop right from the stock camera.
