Pictures in gallery out of order cause time on pictures is wrong

I have been pretty annoyed that my pictures in the camera folder of the gallery are out order. I just now looked at the details of a few pictures and I noticed the date is wrong on most of them. One I took last week says it was taken on July 24... that is tomorrow.

This also effects the camera. Even after taking new picture, I see a picture I took last week in the box that is supposed to show the picture I just took.

Anyone have similar issues or know of a fix?

I have had the same issue for a while, but it seems it's only a minority of us so nobody really cares.
