Pictures missing from 100 media file

i have taken pics on my HTC one x. I can view them on my phone. But when look in 100media file to copy:eek: them on the computer they are not there????:'(:'(:'(
 
are you using the stock camera or another camera app? Sometimes those apps create new folders within the DCIM folder
