Pictures not showing up in gallery

I took a bunch of pictures on my Incredible 2 at a Tigers game today and now NONE of them are showing up in the gallery. I even tried downloading a 3rd party app and that didn't work. Could my SD card be corrupt? It is just very frustrated because I had some really good pictures. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Put your phone in disk drive mode and go to the dcim folder, I said the same thing Friday about pictures I took and they showed up when I transferred pictures to my computer.

Reboot, if you haven't already. This triggers the native Media Scanner.
