I've uploaded pics via usb to my desktop for 2 years on my s4 mini. Just returned from international trip with 100s of pics but now no computer will read phone when I connect via usb. I don't like google photos as I can't transfer to my external etc. Any suggestions. Phone company say my phone is just too old. 2 years to be precise.
