I believe this happened after last update. I've cleared cache. Turned on and off. Nothing. Its not the wifi, cause this doesn't happen with my ipad , or PC.

Even though the problem doesn't exists with other WiFi connected devices that doesn't mean the problem can't lie with the WiFi router. Try resetting the router (unplug for a few minutes then power back up) and see if that helps.
