Pie Crashing 2016 Pixel XL

I am forced to downgrade back to Oreo 8.1 from Android Pie because now my 2016 Pixel XL is crashing at 89% battery and when I restart it, it is down to anywhere from 5% to 30%. This is occuring after downloading the November 2018 Security Update. Pie was bad before but now it is worse! Pie is is just too unstable on the 2016 Pixels!

Have you tried to install the factory ROM image? https://developers.google.com/android/images. Just remove the -w from the last fastboot line and it won't wipe your stuff.

yes, and it did nothing to help. I can not find the app that will let me install Oreo 8.1 back on my 2016 Pixel XL on the Google Play Store. It's like Google took it out of the Play Store so that we can't downgrade from Pie back to Oreo. My solution? Went on Amazon Prime and bought an Essential Phone for $275 on Black Friday.
