Pie - device usage?

Apple and Pie both have a health phone usage thing now that shows how much we use the phone for, how much notifications disturb us and we pick up the phone etc. I can't find this anywhere on the pie update? In iOS it is in settings. I think the same with pie but can't find it on Samsung pie. Surely they have not disabled it?

Google hasn't made it available yet to all of Android Pie. It's limited to Pixels as of last December. Not heard that availability had expanded yet.
