Pie Update - Can't save pics to SD Card

Hi. I have an S9 on T-Mobile. Have a 128gb SD card since I got the phone last year. Usually save pics to the card since I have so many. All albums get backed up to Google photos.

Since the pie update, I can no longer save or move anything to the card. I can view everything on it, I can copy things off of it, but cannot save anything to it. Any ideas on what happened? Thanks in advance for your insights...

Did you have the card Encrypted?

go to "storage" in settings, then safely unmount card in settings > do a phone restart.. can u save to card now?

I just tried that and it still gives errors when I try to save or move something to the card. All my files are still there though and plenty of space on it. I'm getting sad.

3rd party fie manager? Removing and rebooting. Then insert again. Access from a PC?

Sad cards can and will fail, one reason for extra backups locally.
You can use an external USB-C to copy files.
And Safe boot may be helpful

Thank you. I tried to access from a PC and still had no write access. I was able to back up all files to my external HD and will purchase a new SD card this week.
