I have an S9 and sync manually via usb with my desktop Outlook. Ever since the Pie update, my sync encounters an error. I have been unable to find a solution, and my local T-Mobile team has been unable to fix this issue. Their recommendation was to back-up my phone and perform a factory reset. I backed it up on my laptop and to the Samsung Cloud - both back-ups failed. I performed the factory reset anyway (risky). Syncing to my Outlook still fails.
Is anyone else having this issue?
If so, has anyone found the issue or solution?
If not, can someone recommend a way for me to get all of my Outlook information (calendar and contacts) back on to my phone?
I would like to continue to use the stock calendar and contacts apps.
