Question Piggyback connector that will allow a charging cable AND a USB OTG adapter

is there such a connector? i have a smartphone that is a Samsung, and i wanna use it for security
i will plug the charging cable in to keep it powered, and i will connect a USB webcam in to record.

It's USB-C 2 female 1 male. If you need a standard USB there are adaptors for that like this one...
