PIN Screen only stays for 2 seconds before blacking out

Using Note 3. Updated to Lollipop this morning. When I hit a button to wake up the phone from being locked, the PIN screen only stays for like 2 seconds. If you so much as scratch your nose or set it on a table before typing your pin, it goes black again. Is there a way to change the duration on that to maybe 4+ seconds?
